Who are we?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

LARIPLAST FRANCE SAS was founded in 2013 in France by a team of entrepreneurs and experienced industrial technicians, driven by a shared vision to create a modern and dynamic production facility. Based in Marle, France, the company began producing single-use plastic cups, investing in state-of-the-art facilities and innovative production lines. In a short time, LARIPLAST established itself as a reliable partner to major European companies, achieving significant growth and making continuous investments in its equipment and infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response to market trends and new environmental requirements, the company undertook a strategic transformation, investing in new production activities and sustainable solutions. 2013 <\/p>\r\n

In 2013, three Greek industrialists, two French sales representatives specializing in key accounts, and an Italian industrial technician pooled their human resources and expertise to establish a plastic cup manufacturing company in France. Perfectionists and highly motivated, the three Greek shareholders invested in the purchase of a 3,500 m\u00b2 industrial site in Marle and immediately set up a production and packaging line for single-use plastic cups. The Picardy Regional Council and the Aisne General Council (02) are supporting this new industrial facility in the region, going so far as to offer financial support for the plant\u2019s launch. <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n

2014 <\/p>\r\n

In 2014, the second production line was commissioned in Marle. To meet the demands of its renowned customers, the plant now operates on a three-shift, eight-hour schedule (ALPHAFORM, GROUPE AEF, ELIS, CHATEAU D'EAU, RPC TEDECO, CULLIGAN, DART). <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n

2015 <\/p>\r\n

In 2015, investments exceeded 6 million euros and revenue surpassed the 8 million euro mark. <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n

2018 <\/p>\r\n

However, the gradual implementation of negative legislation for plastics accelerated since 2018 seriously compromises the future of LARIPLAST FRANCE's business. However, Greek shareholders are not about give up and disinvest. They raised 100% of the company's share capital and provided financial support to enable the plant to cope with changes in legislation by setting up new production of organic cups. Once again, legislation changes and PLA is also banned, making the 300,000\u20ac investment just as pointless. <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n

2020 <\/p>\r\n

The 2020\u20132021 health crisis forced the factory to implement furloughs for many months. However, no employees were laid off. Lariplast took advantage of the economic recovery plan (EMP) to settle nearly all of its debts with suppliers and now has no bank loans, with its only funding coming from shareholders and sales. In 2020, Lariplast launched a paper towel production line and a new shareholder joined the company. In November, the two cup production lines were sold before they had even been fully depreciated. 2020 revenue: \u20ac2,627,143 and losses: \u20ac1,301,492. <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n

2021 <\/p>\r\n

Lariplast generated \u20ac2.3 million from the sale of two plastic production lines, and in March 2021, the installation of the new paper production line was completed at a total cost of \u20ac1.1 million. The end of the crisis enabled LARIPLAST FRANCE to partially repay its shareholders, while revenue for 2022 exceeds 7.5 million euros. <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n

2022 <\/p>\r\n

At the end of 2022, the shareholders\u2019 meeting decided to increase Lariplast\u2019s capital in order to finance the investments that had already been approved. <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n

2023 - Facility Expansion <\/p>\r\n

LARIPLAST FRANCE\u2019s expansion continues in 2023 with new projects - In January 2023, the 32,000-square-meter plot of land located near the factory was purchased (by the Marle town hall) for \u20ac88,000. - An agreement was reached with the shareholders for the acquisition of the factory (currently under a commercial lease). The shareholders of SCI Hellenic Properties (owner of the factory) are also shareholders of Lariplast France. - Lariplast may file a building permit application for a buffer building for reels and a canopy for pallet storage (we obtained the permit on 07\/25\/2023). - Between May and July, we took delivery in Marle of 18 trucks for the second production line (including the two packaging machines, the palletizer, and the stretch wrapper with conveyors and electrical cabinets). The line will begin production in January 2024. <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n

2023 - New storage spaces <\/p>\r\n

Lariplast a r\u00e9pondu au besoin d'espace de stockage suppl\u00e9mentaire en construisant deux b\u00e2timents tampons destin\u00e9s au stockage des bobines et des palettes. Ces b\u00e2timents sont plus que n\u00e9cessaires, car les deux lignes occupent d\u00e9j\u00e0 65 % de la superficie de l'usine par rapport \u00e0 la superficie consacr\u00e9e aux produits finis. <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n

2023 - New Investment Projects <\/p>\r\n
